Grant Requests...

The Salem Tourism Board will consider grant requests each month at their regularly scheduled board meeting. 

Meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of every month at 7:00pm at Salem City Hall in the City Council chambers.

The grant request process is simple and should be observed in the following manner:

1. Download the Grant Request Application (41.06KB)

2. Fill it out and return according to the instructions printed on the application

3. Contact Jill Combs at Salem City Hall to schedule an appearance at the first Tourism Board Meeting after sending in your application.  This appearance is important to answer any questions the board members may have for you regarding your request.

4. Allow 60 days, or two board meetings, for the board to consider the grant request.  You are not required to attend subsequent meetings, we will contact you as soon as a decision has been made regarding your request.
