Responsibilities include:
This position is vital to the
overall operation of Bandit BBQ. In this position, you will be
responsible for communicating with our customers, taking their food and/or
beverage
orders, preparing their orders, and maintaining a high level of communication with our
customers
to assure a quality experience for them.
Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and
ensuring products are
consistent with company quality standards
Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes,
and company
safety and security policy are exceeded
Assists Restaurant Operational
Managers and/or Owners in recruiting and hiring
team members
Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are
maintained by
using a preventative maintenance program and pro-active
restoration program
Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Food preparation
Maintains a positive attitude
that is conducive to the company's "Team" experience
Minimum
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills required
Basic math skills
Personal Computer
and Cash Register Operations Preferred
We are looking for individuals who have a desire to learn what it takes
to run a
successful business.
Minimum Degree Required:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
